Our neighbor lost her newly adopted dog on December 15th. Last seen in Ramsey on Woodland Ave near Shadyside @ 2 am 12/16. She is a Chihuahua Pug mix, 1 year old, 16 lbs, tan color. Is very scared and skittish and will probably run when approached; may answer to Rosabelle. She is not wearing a collar, id or microchip.
