Nine homes in Mahwah are hosting Fall in Love with the American Dream open houses this Sunday from 1-4 p.m. These Coldwell Banker listings will collect non-perishable foods at their open houses that will be donated to local food banks.
The event, according to a release sent out by Coldwell Banker, is to encourage people to become homeowners, while helping local charities.
“It’s our hope that the Fall in Love with the American Dream event will move buyers off the sidelines and into the market,” Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, NY, said in the release.
