Best Friends Pet Care provides pet care services, including boarding, day camp, grooming and training.
Best Friends launched the Doggy Treat Truck last summer. It started in the Boston area and traveled through New England, New York and New Jersey over the summer, then head south through Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland. During the winter months, it visited the Carolinas, Georgia and Florida and traveled as far west as Texas before heading back here. Next month, it will be heading across Ohio and Indiana to the Chicago area.
The truck's schedule is posted on the Best Friends website. The closest Best Friends Pet Care center is located at 269 Red Schoolhouse Road in Chestnut Ridge. Dog lovers who aren't able to get to one of the parks, can bring their dog to visit and get a free cookie.
