The Saddle River Valley Lions Club was one of many local organizations to turn its holiday party into an opportunity to give back.
The club, made up of members from Ramsey, Mahwah, Allendale, Saddle River and USR, collected donations for the Center for Food Action in Mahwah at its annual holiday party in December. The group collected 345 items for the CFA.
