Mahwah Students Perform Better Than State Average On NJ Exams
See what percentage of Mahwah students are proficient in language arts and math
The state's Department of Education released New Jersey Assessment of Skills and Knowledge (NJ ASK) and High School Proficiency Assessment (HSPA) results for the 2010-11 school year.
Overall, students in Mahwah outperformed the state average test scores. See the tables below, which compare Mahwah's scores on the Language Arts, Math and Science (when applicable) portions of the exams with the state averages. The state scoring systems breaks results into the percentage of students who are proficient in the tested subjects, below and above.
