The following was submitted by the Mahwah Schools Foundation.

The Mahwah Schools Foundation is again offering two scholarships of $2000 each to one female and one male Mahwah High School senior looking to pursue a college education. 

The Mahwah Schools Foundation believes that through education, every student can meet his/her potential. An applicant does not need to be a straight A student or star athlete, but should be a well-rounded and ambitious student who is planning to attend college to realize his or her potential.

Anyone may apply but applicants who will be receiving scholarship awards that in total exceed 75% of their expected college tuition, room, board and fees are not eligible for the scholarship.  

Application and essay requirements can be found on our website www.themsf.org, and the Naviance system found on the Mahwah High School guidance website. The deadline for applying is May 3, 2013.
