The Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge Inc in Oakland held it's annual Golf Outing at High Mountain Golf Club. This year's outing was in honor of Dr. Cheryl Welch, who lost her brief battle to cancer in February. Dr Welch of Mahwah had been a veterinarian at Franklin Lakes Animal Hospital.
