Pony Power Therapies Classic Raises $100K
Event honored Founder and CEO of CSTechnology
Pony Power Therapies was pleased to honor JP Rosato, Founder and CEO of CSTechnology, at our 3rd Annual Golf & Tennis Classic on Monday, June 4, 2012. The event raised over $100,000 for the organization, some of which will support general scholarships for our special needs’ student groups.
JP Rosato is active within the business and philanthropic communities of New York and Bergen County, New Jersey. He has made countless contributions to strengthening area organizations and enriching many lives. In additional to their other philanthropic interests, JP and his wife, Linda Rosato, are significant supporters to Pony Power Therapies. Linda joined the board last year and chaired the Golf & Tennis Classic this year.
“We are so grateful to individuals, like JP Rosato, who truly understand the power of giving of their time and resources,” explains Dana Spett, Founder and Executive Director. “They make it possible for Pony Power Therapies to offer our unique equine therapy programs to special needs’ students, veterans, pediatric hospice clients, victims of domestic violence, and many others.”

Pony Power was founded in 2000 to offer a safe, nurturing environment, for riders with special needs. Pony Power offers recreational activities that help riders gain greater flexibility, balance and muscle strength as well as explore and develop unique relationships with the horse which can lead to increased confidence, patience and self-esteem and foster feelings of independence and pride. Pony Power instructors are either certified or in training to be certified by Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship (PATH) International.
