The voting section omitted Mahwah Deli. Trust me, the owners and their services, including the quality of their deli products rank as top choice for not only Mahwah residents, but people from other areas. Please include Mahwah Deli in the voting section. Thank you.

Barbara -- My mistake! I had Mahwah Deli on the list in the article, but you're right, I accidentally omitted it from the section where you can actually vote! I added it in...thanks for pointing that out.

My family and I frequent Mahwah Deli and Janek's several times a week.
Each have a very special something they provide and that’s why it would be hard for my family to choose.
Nothing beats walking into Mahwah deli and having Les and Patti greet you with a smile and having one of their great sandwiches or walking in Janek's
and talking Disney with Larry and having the best kielbasa and hot dogs in NJ. My hats off to both.

Janek's is a true, old-time deli. Larry is always there to great you with a smile! The hot pastrami sandwich is one of the weekly lunch specials and Janek's famous hot dogs are served every day at lunch. My vote will definitely go to Janek's.

I'm with Antrim. Janek's gets my vote, hands down. ...And hot pastrami is one of my faves there, too. Wednesdays & Fridays are hot pastrami days!! ;) Besides the food, I love Larry, Lee, and Eduardo. They're like family to me. =)
