I have to assume that most people never tried the Sunday Brunch Buffet at the Mason Jar - while I do enjoy Varka, Cafe Panache and The River Palm Terrace for their exquisite dinner and lunches, the Sunday Brunch at the Mason Jar is by far the best and most extensive in the REGION. Wonderful salads, various fish dishes, lots of light choices, peel & eat shrimp,... Of course an omelett station, a nice variety of main courses - and a huge dessert bar with everything from Mousse au Chocolate, Ride Pudding, Chocolate Covered Strawberries, apple crips - you name it. And a seperate ice cream sundae station for the kids to self-serve.

No, I don't know the owner or have any stake in the place. It's hands-down just the best place for what I would consider a "real" brunch ANY Sunday.

Ref, I thought the same thing. They have a wonderful, reasonably priced brunch.

Ref and Antrim -- I just added MB&G to the poll, and I will count both of your comments as comments in favor of MB&G. Thanks!

They do (full bar) - but, liquor laws mandate you wait for it until noon.
