Kids up through fifth grade came out to Commodore Perry Field for the Rec Department's annual Halloween Parade. Kids competed in a costume contest separated into five age groups (0-2, 3-4, Kindergarten-first grade, second-third, and fourth-fifth).

The volunteer rec department members were joined by volunteers from the high school's Interact Club to organize the event. Free food was donated by The Grille restaurant, and each child took home a free goody bag and pumpkins.
