Authorities Suspect Stray Bullet Killed Man in New Brunswick Home

Authorities believe a stray bullet killed a New Brunswick man in his home Friday afternoon. According to a release from the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office, Richard Chang, 40, was pronounced dead at his home at 3:40 p.m.

Charge: NJ Mom Let Kid Tan in Booth

Nutley police charged Patricia Krentcil, 44, with child endangerment after allegedly letting her 5-year-old daughter enter a tanning booth with her. Krentcils' daughter told her school nurse she got a sunburn from tanning with her mother, prompting the school to call child services.
