Summer Concert Series To Pay Tribute To The Four Seasons Thursday
Over 7,000 people attended last week's concert kickoff, Ramapo College said
The 2012 TD Bank Summer Concert Series hosted by The Ramapo College Foundation continues Thursday night with a tribute at the Ramapo Valley Road Campus.
Cover band The Jersey Four will perform a Tribute to the Four Seasons,' which promises to take audiences back to the 60s with music from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame legends.
Last Thursday, more than 7,000 area residents attended the kickoff of the Summer Concert Series, which featured Journey tribute band Separate Ways and a fireworks display.
Concert-goers are encouraged to pack a picnic dinner, chairs and blankets and to bring their friends for a community night out. There will also be vendors, including the Mason Jar, selling food.
The concert, held at the Bandshell on the College campus, begins at 8 p.m. The concert is free; parking is $5 per vehicle.
In case of rain, concerts will be held in Bradley Center Arena.
The lineup for the remainder of the Summer Concert Series includes:
July 26: UNCHAINED - Van Halen Tribute
Formed in 1998, UNCHAINED quickly became recognized as the premier Van Halen tribute band. They have played top venues throughout the country and their music will rock the College’s Bandshell.
August 2: The B Street Band - A Tribute to the Boss
The original Springsteen Tribute band, their authenticity has earned the respect and reputation of the music industry. From the early days of “The Boss” to today, they encompass it all.
