Official election results are finally in and the Mahwah Republican Club (MRC) members send our congratulations to the following candidates who won the November 6, 2012 election: Congressman Scott Garret, and John Roth, Lisa DiGiulio, and Steve Sbarra for town council.

Mahwah residents took to the polls and helped deliver four of our endorsed candidates in this year’s election. Although the election was not a clean-sweep, we congratulate every Republican candidate on a hard-fought campaign. The MRC also sends out a well-deserved thank you to all of the numerous volunteers who helped get out the vote by working the polls, phone banking, and going door to door.

A majority of Mahwah voters share our Republican values. We invite you to come be a part of our ever growing family. Your continued support is needed to promote the ideals and purposes of the Republican Party and in supporting Republican candidates for public office. The Mahwah Republican Club provides an opportunity to get to know other like-minded individuals and become involved in the political process. Members meet monthly to discuss topics such as public policy, politics and current events. Become a member, donate to our Club, or attend our next monthly meeting on Wednesday, November 28 at 7 p.m. in the Senior Center. Confirmed guest speakers include Senator Gerry Cardinale, Assemblywoman Holly Schepisi, Freeholder Rob Hermansen, Councilman John Roth, and Councilman-Elect Steve Sbarra.
