Mahwah Real Estate Market Report: November 2012
November was a quiet month for single family home sales in Mahwah, although condo sales were steady. Here are November’s numbers, according to the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service.
Single-family homes – November 2012 - 9 sales
There were only nine single family home sales in Mahwah in November. Of the homes that sold, the average list price was $571,422 and the average sold price was $521,389, which means that homes sold for approximately 91.244% of their list price. The average days on market was 116.
Condos/Townhouses – November 2012 - 17 sales
Sales of condominiums/townhouses remained steady. Seventeen units sold in Novmeber at an average list price of $329,569, and an average sold price of $307,758. The sale-price-to-list-price ratio was 93.382. The units that sold averaged 85 days on the market.
