Since the proposal will not even be made until Thursday night, how are you able to state this NOW as a fact?
We've all seen outsourcing proposals in other towns over the years - and it turned out that those long-term employees we value were actually cared for by retraining and then filling open positions in other departments - and that another block of people were going to reach retirement age anyway.
I suggest, rather than creating anxiety about someone's guesswork, we ought to wait until Thursday to get the FACTS. They we'll find out whether reorganzing our recycling services is the same as "firing 7" people.

Those are the facts andy 7 people will lose there jobs not to mention the othet services that will be lost like grass bag pick up and day time fire and ems services snow plowing and leaf pick up

Until the township introduces their ACTUAL proposal on Thursday, including which employees will stay on until retirement, which employees will take on different responsibilities, etc. - there are no "facts", just personal speculation. sensationalism and fear-mongering.
