Master James Ran has spent his life to learning and refining the YI - JING - MN system.YI - JING - MN ,incorporates Tai Chi , Bau Gua , Xing YI , Baji , and kung fu. emphasizes fluid graceful movements , yet are highly effective self - defense . techniques , internal exercises and forms cultivate CHI energy for health and self -defense.

We meet near the pavilion at the rear of the pond that has a picnic tables.
