Suffern Farmers’ Market will kick off the 2012 season with its first Winter Market! The winter farmers’ market will be held monthly, January through May, on the 4th Saturday of each month from 10:00am – 2:00pm at the Suffern Community Center (41 Washington Ave.) in the heart of historic downtown Suffern. The dates are: January 28, February 25, March 24, April 28 and May 26. The Market will offer fresh produce, breads, baked goods, grass-fed beef, natural body care products, and hand-made goods from local artisans. Bring your knives to be sharpened. Children’s activities will take place weekly.
