A Call to Act

MEVO, Neighbor

Volunteers one and all! There is an important discussion taking place at Ramapo college regarding stigmas and misrepresentations displayed in the recent film, “Out of the Furnace" about some of the residents in MEVO's hometown of Mahwah, the Ramapough Lenape Nation. The Nation has played a big part in some of MEVO's most daring clean-ups and pollution removal in Stag Hill, and we'd like to you lend your support in helping making their voice heard.

The event will be at the Trustees Pavillion in Ramapo College New Jersey from 1:00-3:00 pm. So stand be counted, not just for the Ramapough Lenape but for a better world where discussions regarding stigmas don't have to take place.
