Learn to Forage for Food this Sunday

Who wants to find edible food all around them? MEVO will be doing just that this Sunday, on a three-hour foraging tour (lunch break included!) from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, with naturalist and author “Wildman” Steve Brill at the Saddle River County Park in Saddle River, New Jersey.

Anyone interested in signing must RSVP at least 24 hours in advance by calling 914-835-2135; they also need to call that number again the night before in order to confirm that they’re coming. If you have to cancel, you also need to do that the night before (by calling that number) or pay a $25 fee. Suggested donations include $20/adult, $10/child under 12. Lastly, smoking is not allowed at this event.
