Three Excellent Programs to choose from that will allow your player to Develop Skills, Learn the Game and Have Fun with their friends
1. Atoms Program:
This program is designed to teach children ages 4-10 the basics of
learning how to skate to prepare them to play hockey. The program
is designed to teach from the ground up starting with learning how to stand and balance to pushing off and gliding. As the child progresses
they move into more advanced skill classes. Cost for New Atom (Mahwah residents only) $99 plus free equipment. Cost for a returning Atom (Mahwah residents only) $135
2. Mites Team:
Once your child feels comfortable skating and is at ease with the basics of hockey he or she can play on Thw Mahwah Mite Team. Mahwah Ice Hockey follows the USA Hockey, ADM Model. The teams play cross- ice games instead of full ice. This allows the player to have more touches of the puck and learn to start and stop on skates. There are also skills practices included. Players can play on the Mites team and participate in the Atoms program in the same season.

Cost for returning Mite $250
3. Semi -Travel Squirt Team:
Players age 9 and 10. The program consists of:
14 games/6 practices at the Ice Vault
12 Skills Clinics at the Cutting Edge Ice Academy
Additional travel games (number to to be determined by league games)
1 Tournament
