Seeking Skilled Handy Person for AC window insert

We have side hinged casement windows in our 1914 home.  We are seeking a skilled worker who can outfit our windows with a polycarbonate insert so we can enjoy the light while still using our portable AC units.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fu1u1HoBtUs
