This Sunday Feb 2 at 10:45AM, learn how to reduce inflammation, improve neurological timing and reflexes with fun activities and the MELT Method.  MELT is the new self massage technique seen on Dr. Oz and the NYT Bestseller List.  Two sessions will give you tools to do at home to keep your brain and body finely tuned and rebalanced.  In this 75 minute workshop, you'll learn how to do these techniques on your own.
