Why Go: You’ll have the opportunity to touch and feel real dinosaur bones and fossils, even build a huge wooden dinosaur!  Ages 5 & up.

Spring Fling at Kid's Kingdom

Where/When: Saturday 10 am to 4 pm; Kid's Kingdom, 121 West Nyack Road, Nanuet, NY

Why Go: Visit for a day of games, face painting, raffles, snacks, entertainment and more!

Pricing: $15/per child; $5/per child under 2 yrs old. Adults Free

 

Balloon Animals

Where/When: Saturday 11 am to 3 pm; Ikea, 100 Ikea Drive Paramus, NJ

Why Go: It’s free! While you shop, let your kids enjoy the balloon artist who will twist balloon creations for children.

Lego Racers Event 

Where/When: Saturday 2 pm; Borders, 235 Interstate Shopping Center Ramsey 201.760.1967

Why Go: Geared for kids ages 8-12, LEGO Racers is the ultimate LEGO experience for kids who love to build and play with cars. Join us for this interactive racing event! Space is limited, call the store for details.

Pricing: Free

 

Kids Cooking Class: Bonjour

Where/When: Saturday 3:15 pm; WannaBee Chef, 18 Union Ave. Cresskill

Why Go: A cooking class for kids where they’ll learn how to make savory and sweet crepes like Honey and Apples Crepes, Ham and Cheese Crepes with Bechamel, and Caesar Salad Crepe.

Pricing: $25

 

Kidz Cabaret--Funkey Monkeys! 

Where/When: Sunday 1pm and 4 pm; bergenPAC, 30 North Van Brunt Street Englewood

Why Go: Created by Joshua Sitron, composer for Nickelodeon’s Dora the Explorer, the Funkey Monkeys are a supergroup of professional musicians and comedians. Think “Seinfeld meets the Wiggles”.

Pricing: $17 per ticket
