Chai Lifelife does not have to pay property tax to the township for 2008 and 2011 for the wooded, but the status for 2009 and 2010, as well as 2012 to 2014, is still pending, and the township continues to question the legality of the charity's use of the property as a retreat for families with sick children.

Look at Spring Valley, the Town of Ramapo. The accepted way the Orthodox do business is break the rules for as long as they can and look for some kind of settlement. Wait til you see how many"sick" kids are on those buses.

Look at Kiryas Joel in Monroe, Orange County, NY. It is the welfare town where taxpayers support the entire communities gigantic families via social services so they dont have to work and attend to very important "religious learning" instead of earning a living. I would keep an eye on that "charity" as well.

Hasids use any means possible to scam the system! this is a cult group and they are trying to expand into areas all over the NY/NJ area. They use moles to buy property and then claim a religious expemption. They build without any permits, they don't follow laws and open these groups to get bloc voting pwer. BRWARE!!!!!

They want to put this place in a zoned residential area. But already you can see them manipulating not to pay property tax. They are bad news. This place is slated for a messy day camp.
