Metropolitan Opera Singer Giving Free Concert in Mahwah
Ramapo College's Open Door Concert Series is sponsoring the event next week
Live classical music is coming to Mahwah next week, thanks to the Ramapo College Open Door Concert Series.
The school announced on its website that opera singer MaryAnn McCormick will perform next week.

The February 6 concert will feature internationally acclaimed mezzo soprano MaryAnn McCormick, who teaches voice lessons at Ramapo, and pianist Corazon Andres Bisda performing "lieder" by Hugo Wolf and Gustav Mahler, coupled with a rendering of Felix Mendelssohn's "Songs Without Words op.19b" by pianist and artistic director Itay Goren.
The free show is open to the public, and starts at 7 p.m. on Feb. 6. Seating in the York Room on the campus of Ramapo College is limited, so get there early to grab your seat!
