Fleet Feet to Host 5K Training Program

Locals looking to prove they have 'No Boundaries' can get more info about the program next week

Fleet Feet Sports is offering the sixth edition of  “No Boundaries,” a 12-week training program for beginner runners hoping to run their first 5K race.  The purpose of the program is to introduce participants to the lifetime fitness activity of running and to encourage them to live healthier lifestyles.

No Boundaries will offer participants guidance and advice from experienced coaches, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury, all within a fun and supportive environment.

The program will culminate with Ridgewood Run 5K, on Memorial Day, a goal which participants will work towards throughout the program.  New Balance is sponsoring the program along with Fleet Feet, and will provide each participant with a technical T as well as other favors.
