Sample Local Food, Wine at Chamber's 'Taste of the Region'

Annual event showcases local chefs and restaurants.

The Mahwah Regional Chamber of Commerce’s “Taste of the Region & Business Showcase” event returns in spectacular fashion on November 6, giving local residents in New Jersey and New York  a chance to come out and sample many of the area’s finest foods and wines. 

The “Taste of the Region & Business Showcase” will be held on Wednesday, November 6, from 6:00-8:00 pm, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel and Conference Center, 3 Executive Boulevard, Suffern, NY 10901, right off the New York State Thruway. This event is being sponsored by Crowne Plaza Hotel and Conference Center, Bergen Health & Life, NJ.com, and Sharp Electronics Corporation. 

Taste of the Region is always one of the most talked-about events of the year,” said Martha Harvey, president of the Mahwah Regional Chamber of Commerce.

“It’s a great opportunity for a unique night out. You’ll sample a fantastic array of dishes – appetizers, desserts, wines and more – all exquisitely prepared by the region’s most talented chefs.”  

Local businesses may purchase exhibit tables at our Taste at a cost of $150 for members and $250 for non-members.

Admission tickets can be purchased in advance at the Chamber’s website (mahwah.com) or by calling 201-529-5566. Tickets purchased in advance are $25 for members, $30 for non-members; tickets purchased at the door are $35. Prepaid registration is requested.
