Mahwah Real Estate Report: July 2013

What’s happening in the Mahwah Real Estate Market?  Here are July’s numbers, according to the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service. 

Single-family homes – July  2013 - 20 sales

The NJMLS reports 20 closed sales in Mahwah in July. Of the homes that sold, the average list price was $845,094 and the average sold price was $786,650, which means that homes sold for approximately 93.084% of their list price. The average number of days on market for homes that sold was 75.

Condos/Townhouses – July 2013 - 17 sales

Eighteen condominium/townhouse units sold in July at an average list price of $361,182, and an average sold price of $349,853. The sale-price-to-list-price ratio was 96.863%. The units that sold averaged 50 days on the market.
