Plants And Paws: Adoption Drive At Local Nursery
HortiCULTURE in Ramsey is hosting adoption agencies from around Bergen County this Saturday
HortiCULTURE, a nursery and garden shop on Franklin Turnpike in Ramsey, is hosting, "Plants and Paws," a pet adoption drive this Saturday.
Five local pet adoption agencies - Friends of Wayne Animals, START II, Victory Rescue, Feeding the Forgotten and Scales & Tails - will be on hand, at the shop from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with animals looking for new homes.
The shop, which hopes to make the drive an annual event, will also host live music, pet-friendly vendors, workshops, seminars, prizes, refreshments and other activities to mark the event.
