Mahwah kids should put crying and pouting on hold this weekend. Santa Claus is starting his tour through the township this Sunday.
Each year, St. Nick grabs a ride on a Mahwah Fire Department truck and rides through the streets of the township to take pictures and listen to the Christmas wishes of good little boys and girls in Mahwah.
Santa will be in different neighborhoods on different dates. The FD has released the following schedule for this year:
Company 1: Cragmere, Franklin Heights, Franklin Crossing, closer areas East of Franklin Turnpike, Sunday Dec. 16
Company 2: West Mahwah, Ridge Road Condos, Rt. 202, Sunday Dec. 9
Company 3: Masonicus, Paddington, Apple Ridge Airmount, Sunday Dec. 16
Company 4: Fardale, Saturday Dec 15
Company 5: Stag Hill, TBA
Check Patch for any rescheduling updates that may come up as the result of a fire call or inclement weather.
