Four Board of Ed Members Reelected in Unopposed Race

Three will serve regular terms, while one will finish out the term of a board member who resigned last year.

Four current Board of Education members won an uncontested race Tuesday night to reclaim their spots on the school board.

Three of the board members – Doug D’Angelo, Chuck Saldarini, and Suzanne Curry – ran for regular three-year terms.

Board newcomer Rick DeSilva won the chance to fill a one-year unexpired term. DeSilva was appointed last year to fill a vacancy left by the resignation of former board member Ken Angelo. He ran to finish out the remainder of Angelo’s term.
