Arturo O'Farrill Quintet with Special Guest Claudia Acuña

The Arturo O’Farrill Quintet is a journey into the small ensemble world of GRAMMY winning composer, pianist, and bandleader, Arturo O’Farrill.  The material is different from the big band repertoire and more intimate.  Here, O’Farrill stretches on what many consider his true calling, as a pianist.  His collaborations with Claudia Acuna resulted in a lovely recording entitled “In These Shoes.” (ZOHO) Claudia and Arturo will perform some of these songs and perhaps even stretch out on some new arrangements.
