As part of the "Neighborhoods of Mahwah:1913-2013" exhibit, Carol W. Greene, Mahwah Township Historian and author of "The Ramapough Chronicles," will give a gallery talk about The Depot, The Ridge and The Turnpike, all of which have played an important role in the development of Mahwah. Schools, businesses, residential areas and community centers are all part of this neighborhood. Carol Greene has spent many years studying the history and development of this portion of Mahwah, and has both written and lectured about this important area. Admission to the talk is $3 for non-members, members are free.
The Mahwah Museum is open weekends and Wednesdays from 1-4 p.m. Admission to the Museum is $5 for non-members, children and members free. Current exhibits are "Neighborhoods of Mahwah," "Les Paul" and the Donald Cooper Model Railroad.
