'The Philadelphia Story' Rehearsals Begin in Mahwah

The Mahwah High School Drama Club has begun rehearsals for their production
of the romantic comedy "The Philadelphia Story" which will run on Thurs.
Nov. 21, Fri. Nov. 22, Sat. Nov. 23 at 7 p.m. and Sun. Nov. 24 at 2:00 p.m.
A special showing for the senior citizens will be held on Wed. Nov. 20 at
4:00 p.m.
Tracy Lord and family of the prestigious, well-to-do Mainline of Philadelphia are getting ready for her wedding! A merry mix-up of who is who at the house is just the beginning.
Two reporters are sniffing around for an expose on the lifestyles of the rich and well-bred. Tracy's neer-do-well first husband has moved back next door. The bride tries to find her way to a normal life and we get to find out who she eventually walks down the aisle with!
A delightful cast led by students Dana Carl, Max Mucha, and Kyle Dubiel is sure to
entertain. The vibrant scenery and costumes help set us firmly back in the
50's and in grand style.
