What To Look For At Mahwah Day

Community celebration is Saturday

The 18th annual Mahwah Day will be held on Saturday, September 22 at Commodore Perry Field on East Ramapo Ave. in Mahwah. 

The day begins with a banner and float parade at 12 p.m. The parade begins on Miller road and continues down to East Ramapo Ave to Commodore Perry Field. 

We have many activities, including kiddie rides, pony rides, rock climbing wall, mechanical bull and our ever popular Dog Show, with prizes for best dressed, best trick and best looking.

A DJ will be on stage all day, along with entertainment scheduled throughout the afternoon. Also on the field will be a hot air balloon and plenty of games and activities to keep the entire family amused.  

“The mighty SPECTRUM” band will be performing at 6 p.m. followed by fireworks at 8 p.m., weather permitting.
