Mahwah Plans Halloween Parade

Mom and dad can get in on the costume contest action this year, too.

So long as Mother Nature doesn't have different plans again this year, Halloween will actually happen on October 31.

And, the township is preparing for it. Mahwah's Recreation Department announced this week plans for its annual Halloween Parade:

Mahwah’s Annual Halloween Parade is coming to Commodore Perry Field, located on East Ramapo Avenue, on Thursday, October 31 at 6 p.m.

Come out with your best costume and parade around all of our Halloween friends who have missed you these past two years!

Open to all Mahwah kids, infants through 5th grade, and their families. Prizes and treats and a spooky good time for all!

This year we’ve added a new prize category for best costume by an adult accompanying a child, so Mom & Dad have some fun and be 10 again!
