The housing market from 2011 to 2012 showed a downward trend for the Average List Price according to the latest information from NJMLS for Bergen County. However, the number of days homes are on the market was also reduced. This may be a good sign since the average time a home is on the market is decreasing. This 1st quarter of 2012 the real estate market activity was up. We are seeing listings under contract with a couple months. It looks like the downward trend is starting
to flatten out but only time will tell.
