Sustainability Discovery Survey
The North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority (NJTPA) is a key member of the TOGETHER North Jersey (TNJ), a broad coalition led by Rutgers University’s Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy. The NJTPA is developing a Regional Plan for Sustainable Development (RPSD). This plan is a three year initiative funded by a grant from the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
