NEW JERSEY RHINOS YOUTH HOCKEY

The New Jersey Rhinos youth hockey organization is a semi-travel youth hockey organization and proud sponsor of the Mahwah Schools Foundation.  Our teams participate in house league divisions as well as the Garden State Youth Hockey League.  The NEW JERSEY RHINOS will be offering Mite (8 years old and under), Squirt (10 years old and under) & Pee Wee Teams (12 years old and under) for the 2014-2015 hockey season this fall.  What are some of the benefits are of playing for the New Jersey Rhinos?

  • All teams benefit from twice the amount of on-ice practices as the Rhinos organization pays for additional ice time for maximum training of our players.

  • All Coaches are USA Hockey certified and are subject to yearly background checks.

  • As a Semi-Travel program the 2014 New Jersey Rhinos had 3,855 minutes of ice time between practices and games – double the amount of ice time of a comparable program.

  • Our philosophy is to be cost friendly, family friendly, offer competitive hockey and training all in an environment where young hockey players can grow from one level to the next.

  • If your child is interested in the great sport of ice hockey, please contact Ed Miller at 201.954.0167 or email the Rhinos at njrhinos@gmail.com.  Thank you and congratulations to the Mahwah Schools Foundation on many years of service to the Mahwah community and its youth.
