The family of a murdered FedEx employee is offering a monetary reward to anyone who can help solve his 11-year-old case, according to an Associated Press report on NJ.com.
When John Keating did not show up to work at his longtime job at the FedEx in Mahwah on Feb. 3, 2003, a co-worker called police to check on him, the report said. Police found the 55-year-old's body inside his Warwick, N.Y. home, the report said.
At his house, investigators found his front door open, and his body, which had been stabbed to death, inside, NJ.com reported.
On the 11th anniversary of the unsolved killing, New York state investigators are asking for help from anyone who may have information about the case, and Keating’s family is offering a $5,000 reward to anyone who gives information that leads to an arrest and conviction, the report said.
