MFD Hosting Fundraiser for Departments Hit by Hurricane Sandy

Proceeds from January Pasta Dinner will benefit the Moonachie and Little Ferry Fire Departments

In the days immediately following Hurricane Sandy, Mahwah firefighters provided assistance to departments in some of the hardest hit areas of the state – including nearby Moonachie and Little Ferry. The two towns were devastated by the superstorm.

Now, the MFD is setting up another event to help.

On Saturday, Jan. 12, Company 4 is hosting a pasta dinner. All proceeds from the dinner will be donated to the Moonachie and Little Ferry fire departments to help them rebuild.

Tickets can be purchased at the door or in advance, and are $10 for adults, $8 for seniors, $6 for children and free for kids under 6.

For more information, call 201-236-0918, visit MFD Co. 4 on Facebook, and see the attached flier.
