An NJ Transit conductor who earned over $90,000 last year allegedly sold unpunched tickets to a vendor, according to an NJ.com report.
The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office charged Joseph Abate, 46, with grand larceny and possession of stolen property. Officials said Abate sold hundreds of tickets valued at over $5,000 to a New York Penn Station newsstand vendor who would then resell them to customers, according to the report.

Abate was suspended without pay, the report stated.
