Crossroads Security Hearing Postponed til November

Crossroads security expert's son was recently killed in Afghanistan.

A continuing public hearing on the Crossroads Town Center site plan application in Mahwah originally scheduled for Monday night has been carried to a meeting in November.

The township posted on its website that the hearing, which was scheduled to discuss security at the proposed 600,000 square foot shopping center, will be carried to November 18.

The Crossroads security expert, who testified about the security plan at the last security hearing in June, is retired Mahwah Police Captain Ray McGill. Mcgill’s son, US Army Staff Sgt. Timothy McGill, a lifelong Ramsey resident, was killed last month while serving a tour in Afghanistan.
