Hurricane Sandy Closes Mahwah Schools Monday

Ramapo College is also closed

In anticipation of Hurricane Sandy touching down in New Jersey sometime Monday, the Mahwah School District will be closed Monday, Oct. 29, school board president Tricia Shada confirmed at 6 p.m. Sunday.

Sunday morning, Ramapo College also announced its classes will be canceled Monday, and all school offices will be closed.

Schools have not yet made an announcement about Tuesday.
