Saints And Sinners Concert In Mahwah Sunday

Release from the Friends of Ramapo

An afternoon featuring a choral concert, “Of Saints and Sinners,” by members of ’s awarding-winning vocal ensembles, CantaNOVA and Skylark, will be hosted by The Friends of Ramapo Sunday, April 22 at 3:30 p.m. in The Berrie Rehearsal Hall.

Professor of Music Lisa Lutter, director and Itay Goren, pianist will lead Ramapo College’s talented students in a colorful 45-minute program celebrating both sinners with tunes including “Bewitched” and “Old Devil Moon” and saints, with renditions of “Path of Miracles” and “When the Saints Go Marching In.”

Following the concert, there will be a tea and dessert reception.  Seating, which costs $25, is limited.  A portion of the proceeds from the concert will support the Friends of Ramapo Scholarship for the Arts.  This newly endowed scholarship will benefit a student who is majoring in the performing or visual arts at Ramapo College.
