Community Update

I have had the worst experience with Sharp Electronics. I bought a television that was defective and it has been 3 months and I still don't have a replacement. Customer service is the worst. I spoke to some reps that was friendly but when I asked to speak to a Supervisor they were horrible. Very unprofessional
