CLUB STRENGTH AT NYSC! We've brought the fitness floor into the training studio. This total body workout utilizes barbells and weight plates and is suitable for all fitness levels. This class runs every Monday at 8:30am for our members, but we would like to extend an invitation to non-members to come try this class as our guest for the day! *First-time visitors only.
