New York Sports Club of Mahwah invites you to try Hatha Yoga! This form of yoga incorporates an eclectic blend of two or more yoga styles, while focusing on posture and breathing. Most of the poses are seated and held longer than usual. Along with promoting relaxation, it develops muscular strength, suppleness and flexibility. This class runs every Tuesday & Thursday morning at 9am, as well as Saturday mornings at 10:30am for our members, but we would like to extend an invitation to non-members to come try this class as our VIP guest for the day! *First-time visitors only.
