The Mahwah Ice Hockey Association is spending the weekend celebrating, and it's inviting the community to join in.
USA Hockey is sponsoring "Hockey Across America Weekend" through Sunday. In honor of it, MIHA asked kids to wear their favorite jerseys to school on Friday, and is promoting the Ice Vault's "Try Hockey for Free" Day. Saturday at 11 a.m., kids 9 and younger can try hockey for free. Email mahwahicehockey@yahoo.com for information.
MIHA also announced registration is now open for 2014 Spring Hockey at all levels at the Ice Vault, March-June.
All registration and payments must be completed on-line. To register for Spring hockey and/or the Middle School Showcase, please visit mahwahhockey.com and click on 2014 Spring Registration.
Please note that the Ice Vault requires players on the MS team to be currently attending Middle School and those on the JV team be currently attending high school.
